Martin Resource Management Corp. (MRMC) acquired Midstream in 1998. Martin is a privately held company founded in 1951 by Ruben S. Martin. It is a vibrant growing organization and one that Midstream Fuel is proud to be a part of.

During the fall of 2002, MRMC held the initial public offering in Martin Midstream Limited Partners. This as well as subsequent successful public offerings have allowed our organizations to become the diverse, respected, dynamic companies we are today.
